DPI – Developing People Internationally Accreditation Programme
The Developing People Internationally Accreditation Programme is a three-day train-the-trainer course which will be held at Anderson House Bergamo and run by York Associates. The course is designed for experienced Business English teachers or company trainers who wish to add the 9-module programme to their training. The programme helps support professionals working internationally to become effective in unfamiliar cultures, manage diversity, build trust and obtain cooperation. The course helps understand one’s local and international role, support and develop one’s team, understand how time and space are experienced in other cultures, communicate more effectively and obtain commitment towards common goals. This 3-day workshop is designed to familiarize participants with all aspects of the DPI programme in order to integrate the resources into their current training or deliver the full DPI programme to their clients. At the end of the course the participants will receive a pendrive with all the word and pdf documents, the full video course and all the audio interviews to international managers. The course as such can be delivered over three days (24 hours) or the full course extended up to 60 hours.
ICE – Intercultural Competence in English Train-the-Trainer Course
The Intercultural Competence in English Train-the-Trainer Course lasts three days and is designed for experienced trainers such as business language teachers who wish to combine the insights of intercultural theory with their own knowledge and experience in language teaching. The course will also train the participants to deliver the ICE – Intercultural Competence in English exam to assess intercultural skills. At the end of the course, participants will be given a booklet and pendrive containing all the materials with which they can deliver a course from 50 to 90 hours. The materials can be customised at an extra cost with a company logo.
